Numbers in each cell represent total hours spent by all members of a given team on a task over the project life.

The Management task includes all time spent on items not directly related to another category.

The Treatment task includes time spent generating both the original concept and the final treatment.

The Script task includes time spent writing all four revisions.

The Rehearsal task hours are not actuals, but estimates based on the rule of thumb that one hour is spent in rehersal off set for each hour spent in production on location.

The Production task hours are the actual time spent by all people in a team on location.

The Editing task includes time spent out of the studio screening footage and generating an EDL, as well as studio time.

Hours spent in production on location for each scene were:

• Scene I, Phone Call: 2
• Scene I, Play Room: 1
• Scene II, Entrance: 6
• Scene II, Group: 6
• Scene III: 6
