Obtaining Copies

We will provide a copy of the video on request. We may or may not charge a fee to cover our duplication and postage costs.

A Journey of Hope was produced entirely on a volunteer basis as a gift to those who are or may yet become domestic abuse survivors. We wanted to provide a context where family and friends, as well as other concerned people, could build a constructive dialogue about fighting domestic abuse. We also wanted to educate the community generally and those impacted by domestic abuse specifically about what happens to the family as a whole when a survivor seeks redress from abuse.

Please note no one may commercially benefit from the work. This includes use of the video as a premium to solicit donations for a non-profit organization.

Public Performance License

We will grant a public performance license where exhibition of the video is in keeping with the mission of the production. This includes but is not limited to use by abuse shelters, community service organizations, non-profit agencies, and public agencies such as police departments. We may also grant such a license to other interested parties. This license is granted without charge but must be obtained before a party's first public performance.

Right to Copy License

We will grant a right to copy license to organizations whose mission is to educate people about domestic abuse. We also may grant such a license to other interested parties. This license is granted without charge but must be obtained before a party makes any copy. Copies must be distributed by the licensee without charge.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse providing a copy or license to any party.
